Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Clearance or “final sale” items are non-returnable unless defective.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email yourprint@inqless.com within 14 days of delivery with:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (if item is defective or damaged)

  2. We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.

  • Use a trackable shipping service and keep your receipt.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you prefer an exchange, we’ll ship the replacement once we receive the returned item.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
