Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility
Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Clearance or “final sale” items are non-returnable unless defective.
How to Start a Return
Email yourprint@inqless.com within 14 days of delivery with:
Order number
Reason for return
Photos (if item is defective or damaged)
We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
Use a trackable shipping service and keep your receipt.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange, we’ll ship the replacement once we receive the returned item.
If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
